What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Business Analyst role focused on business process optimization and digital transformation, where I can translate stakeholder needs into clear, testable requirements and collaborate across business, engineering, and QA teams.

At Levitica Technologies, I deliver requirements for WellbeingLens, a digital employee wellbeing platform supporting personalized wellness plans for workplace mental health and stress management.

I work with business heads and subject matter experts to elicit, document, and secure sign-off on requirements. I translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, SRS documents, RTMs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and AS-IS/TO-BE process models.

I partner closely with product, engineering, QA, and business teams through build, UAT, change control, and defect triage. I also use JIRA, MS Visio, Balsamiq, Axure, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to support delivery and reporting.

I'm a COEPD Certified Business Analyst with BABOK v3 knowledge, focused on business process optimization and digital transformation.
