My Call Center Trends Analysis project used an interactive Power BI dashboard to surface trends in call volume, performance, and service levels. I cleaned and structured the dataset in Excel and wrote DAX measures for key performance metrics.
For the Diversity & Inclusion Dashboard, I visualised workforce metrics across demographic breakdowns and created DAX measures to compare representation. I structured the report with slicers and drill-downs so non-technical stakeholders could explore the data.
At Oval Studios, where I currently work as a Contract Frontend Developer, I query WordPress content with WPGraphQL and GraphQL for Next.js applications. I also built a searchable resource library with filtering and categorisation.
I previously built a REST API integration at Boluwatife Idowu’s Agency to display live Givebutter campaign totals and progress, replacing manual updates with a reusable integration. At EdSofta Limited, I built a custom web application and trained and mentored six students; I also independently built TLCHub, an AI-powered STEM testing platform that stores and analyses student results in MongoDB.
