At Theforage, I gathered and cleaned over 5,000 rows of data and created interactive Power BI dashboards about Gen Z career interests, skill gaps, and job expectations.
I contributed to identifying themes that informed policy recommendations and worked with research, design, and communications teammates on a final report and presentation.
I moved from web development into data analysis, using Power BI, Excel, and SQL to turn complex data into clear stories. I also document my learning and help others grow through my YouTube channel.
