I’m an operations professional with over 2 years of experience in logistics managing rider and vendor operations across multiple cities. I introduce practical systems that reduce disruptions and improve operational performance, including a vendor-confirmation system for rider-initiated issues.

In my current role, I manage over 300 vendor agents across 29 cities and coordinate 15 rider coordinators across 14 cities in a zone. I oversee metrics and maintain delivery targets, ensuring 90% of orders are delivered under 40 minutes, while training and onboarding new team members to contribute efficiently.

Previously as a Virtual Operations Manager, I led a team to execute 2 projects, assigning daily tasks and monitoring closely to achieve 100% of project deadlines.
