At Smile ID, I designed and shipped V3 public APIs for eight identity verification products, including asynchronous processing, webhooks, and product-scoped authentication. I also delivered AML screening and took products from database schema through API and partner-portal UI.
At Zenysis Technologies, I led migrations of an entity-matching API and platform services, including moving South African KVAP services from Azure to AWS to meet data residency requirements. I also built ETL pipelines and collaboration features for public health programmes.
Earlier, I built APIs and user-facing tools at Andela, Stanbic Bank Uganda, and A23Labs. My work included integrating bill payments into agency banking, developing USSD applications, and creating an SMS gateway.
