At NTT in Prague, I monitor and manage incident and request queues, troubleshoot technical issues, execute approved changes, and support client escalations, disaster recovery, and project work.
I've built and maintained LAN/WAN architectures at Cisco Network Solutions, including IP addressing, subnetting, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, EIGRP, OSPF, and FTP. I monitored network performance and security using Wireshark, Snort, and Nmap.
Earlier, I provided end-user technical support at Lemon Beach, resolving hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining desktops, laptops, and peripherals. I'm eager to keep growing in IT and network security.
