At Ingeniería de Sonrisas - IS, I supported commercial and administrative processes as a Commercial Area Intern. I helped research potential partners and prepare proposals and institutional communications.

I participated in developing commercial and referral strategies, and followed up on conversations using the AI-based tool ID Smart to verify information needed for appointment scheduling.

I supported social media content creation and editing, including written content, calls to action, and comment management. I also managed the WhatsApp channel for Villa Victoria Glamping cabins, sharing information and supporting reservation confirmations and payment follow-up.

I digitized, organized, and uploaded documents and information into the Dentalink CRM, and supported initiatives related to Villa Victoria Glamping as a tourism project. I’m interested in developing experience in administrative, operational, and business support roles, particularly in remote settings.
