I'm looking to design B2B SaaS products, complex workflows, and scalable design systems where research, usability testing, and cross-functional collaboration drive measurable outcomes.

I've designed B2B SaaS products, complex workflows, and scalable design systems for more than seven years, with outcomes including 40% faster onboarding and 70% fewer support tickets.

At GoSweetSpot, I was the core product designer for a logistics SaaS platform, simplifying operations across web and mobile. I led the unified shipment model and designed the GoTrack iOS and Android app.

At Australian College of Business Intelligence, I led the UX/UI redesign of a digital ecosystem supporting 2,000+ students across 27+ courses. I created a modular Figma design system spanning the Student Hub, Agents Hub, and Internal Admissions.
