What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can coordinate cross-functional operational and technology initiatives, use data and KPIs to improve delivery, and grow in project or program management.

At DrishtiGroup Pvt Ltd, I coordinate strategic projects and day-to-day operations, turning organizational priorities into structured plans with clear requirements, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. I work across engineering, procurement, contractors, product management, and software development to keep website, app, and operational initiatives on track.

I use SAP, CRM systems, Jira, and KPI reporting to monitor progress, identify risks, and support leadership decision-making. My MSc research explored integrating AI, IoT, Big Data, and RPA into Six Sigma DMAIC, alongside a foundation in software project lifecycles and Agile methods.
