I’m looking for a fast-paced team where I can handle escalated customer issues, prioritize and multitask reliably, and use my Excel/data visualization skills to support business goals with strong attention to detail.

I’m a Customer Service Representative dedicated to helping customers in fast-paced environments. I prioritize tasks, multi-task confidently, and work as part of a team to meet personal and business goals.

I’m known for successfully handling escalated customer support issues. I bring a strong focus on attention to detail and consistently respond with care to customer feedback needs.

Alongside customer service, I build practical skills in tools like Advanced Excel and Google Sheets. I also use MS-Office and have experience with AutoCAD 3D through my training and volunteer work.

I hold a Diploma in Cyber Law and ongoing training through Internshala, including Advanced Excel. I’m motivated to grow in roles where I can combine customer support with data-focused productivity and coordinated execution.
