Managed artist advancing for a 15-artist international roster, coordinating flights, accommodation, ground transport, visas, itineraries, and show documentation. Independently managed complex international tours and resolved time-sensitive travel and show issues during live weekends.

Curated and coordinated 20 independent artists and makers, ensuring a diverse selection aligned with the festival's community and creative identity. Planned the art market floor layout and managed communication and practical logistics ahead of the event.

Coordinated onsite delivery of recurring leadership programmes for groups of 20-50 participants, managing event logistics including F&B, room setups, materials, and suppliers. Independently produced a three-day collaborative event within a €10K budget ceiling.

Provided artist liaison and stage management support for various events in Amsterdam, including backstage management, artist running, and assistant stage management.

Provided front office and member club hosting services, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for members and guests.
