Jeremy James

I am an operations-focused hospitality and events manager with hands-on experience leading teams in high-volume venues and founding event and creative businesses. I recently completed a BSc in Business Administration at Radboud University and am beginning my professional career.

In venue operations I manage staffing, shift transitions, safety, inventory control, budgeting, and cash flow to improve profitability and guest experience. As Manager at a 700-capacity nightclub I serve as primary decision-maker on shifts and oversee scheduling, stock ordering, and emergency response.

As a co-founder of NYASAEvents and a creative agency I have planned and executed 20+ events across four countries, negotiated contracts, coordinated vendors, and built long-term client relationships. I lead marketing, vendor coordination, and financial oversight to scale operations while maintaining service quality.

I bring practical leadership, inventory and budget control, and event logistics expertise, with fluency in English and intermediate Dutch. I seek roles where I can apply operations and event management skills to drive efficient delivery and sustainable growth.
