I’m a Licensed clinical nutritionist specialized in behavioral nutrition, supporting clients with one-on-one care both in-person and remote. I combine an evidence-based clinical approach with strong communication to help people make sustainable lifestyle changes.

In my private practice, I focused on behavioral nutrition and habit change—designing personalized nutrition plans and providing ongoing follow-up. I’m especially mindful of guiding clients toward a positive relationship with food, using clear, empathetic coaching.

I also worked as a Search Quality Rater (Appen · OneForma), evaluating the relevance, accuracy, and quality of search results against platform guidelines. This role strengthened my ability to assess search intent and judge linguistic/cultural relevance, while identifying spam or misleading content to improve search accuracy.

Across experiences, I’ve stayed comfortable working independently in remote-first environments, with a focus on attention to detail and thoughtful, supportive communication. My education includes an B.A. in Nutrition and Food Science, plus additional training in food psychology and nutrition coaching.
