Designed and launched VinSmartFuture's Internal Developer Platform (IDP), reducing new-service onboarding time to under 2 working hours for ~3,500 engineers. Rolled out an auditable enterprise LLM gateway (Claude, GPT, Gemini) and integrated AI-assisted code review into the SDLC, while standardizing Istio-based Zero Trust with mTLS and identity-based authorization.

Led end-to-end delivery of the SuperApp platform, including infrastructure, application stack, and high-availability design targeting 5,000 RPS with multi-AZ failover and zero-downtime release patterns. Built the AI/enterprise-search platform powering an in-app product advisor across mini-apps and collaborated on infrastructure-to-application integration with consistent SLOs and observability.

Led a team of 15 in-house engineers plus 2 outsourced vendor teams and owned a 2-year AWS cloud transformation roadmap covering security, automation, and cost. Operated 35 GKE clusters and 50 GCE VMs on GCP, building a BigQuery data lake and training ML models on Vertex AI using BigQuery ML. Delivered Azure containerized applications on AKS with blue-green/canary rollouts and CI/CD across environments using Terraform, Helm, and Ansible, and designed an AWS Control Tower Landing Zone for secure multi-account environments.

Built automated AI/ML training and deployment pipelines on GCP and migrated on-prem data to GCP using ETL pipelines. Operated Hadoop/Spark clusters and supported large-scale data workflows using Jenkins CI/CD.

Built a Hadoop/Spark big-data platform with ETL pipelines and near real-time BI reporting for business and sales teams. Implemented automated ML model retraining to minimize drift and keep predictions current.
