What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to return to professional employment in SAP Basis Administration, SAP Project Management, or related technical roles, including Technical Writing, where I can apply and further develop my technical knowledge and communication skills.

At SAP LABS INDIA, I supported and managed complex SAP landscapes, provided on-call support, and coordinated technical issue resolution. I worked with customers to understand their requirements and coordinate appropriate solutions.

At SPAN, EVRY INDIA, I managed and coordinated SAP Basis project activities, assigned tasks, monitored progress, and supervised deliverables. I also coordinated customer interactions and on-call support.

I contributed to SAP Sigma quality management and process improvement initiatives and received the Best Team Player Award. After a planned career break for family responsibilities, I'm now seeking to return to professional employment.
