I'm looking to contribute data-driven decision-making, technical expertise, and analytical thinking in a dynamic organization while continuing to learn new technologies.

I've built a Power BI dashboard to compare remote and onsite employee performance, analyzing productivity, attendance, working hours, and task completion.

Using Excel and SQL, I cleaned and transformed data, created interactive visualizations and KPIs, and identified trends to support data-driven business decisions.

During my Software Development Internship at Quality Software Technologies, I developed backend modules for an ATM/Banking Simulation System using Java, JDBC, and SQL. I also optimized SQL queries and resolved application bugs through testing.

I've also developed Java-based retail and cab booking management systems with product availability, billing, customer information, and CRUD operations.
