At Accenture, I lead global infrastructure and compliance projects for QBE Insurance. I led a Nutanix-to-VMware vSAN migration covering about 600 production VMs, achieving a 97% migration rate within the programme budget.

I also led remediation of more than 50,000 failed CIS security controls, improving the compliance score from about 80% to 98.6% before transitioning the programme to BAU. When a Qualys dashboard outage made the baseline unverifiable, I recommended a programme hold until data integrity was confirmed.

For CyberArk account onboarding, I took over a failing audit-remediation programme, redefined its scope, and created its evidence template. The programme reached 100% account onboarding compliance within six months, and my closure report was submitted as evidence in QBE’s internal audit.
