What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a global HR operations or shared services role where I can manage employee lifecycle processes, improve HR workflows, support compliance, and deliver accurate, employee-focused service across regions.

At ERM Global Services, I deliver end-to-end HR operations across EMEA, North America, and APAC, processing 400+ monthly employee lifecycle transactions. I support HR process transitions, onboarding, offboarding, documentation, payroll and benefits coordination, and employee queries.

I've worked with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, EMPTrust, Sterling, and RAMCO to maintain employee data, manage HR cases, support compliance, and produce HR metrics. My work includes Workday EIB uploads, HR reporting, SOP development, and training team members on HR transactions and case management.

Across Genpact, Concentrix, and Dream Mart Services, I've supported onboarding, background verification, work authorization, employment eligibility verification, and global HR coordination. I focus on accurate service delivery, data privacy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
