What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can manage operations, improve profitability, and streamline AR/AP and spreadsheets—while supporting clients with excellent communication and strong morale. I want growth, clear priorities, and room to deliver results.

I’m a results-driven manager and administrative support specialist with a strong track record of executing tactical operating plans, driving profitability improvement, and strengthening quality and morale. I consistently work with minimal supervision, handle multiple projects at once, and go beyond basic administrative tasks.

I bring a finance-and-operations foundation, including “extensive knowledge of AR/AP,” accounting and finance familiarity, and hands-on support using Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks. I’m meticulous, accurate, and confident supporting financial policies and reporting requirements while maintaining a positive attitude with demanding clients.

Across my roles as Supervisor and Customer Service Support, I’ve served as a primary point of contact for inquiries, coordinated day-to-day support, and applied excellent communication and customer service skills to keep operations running smoothly. I work well under pressure, bringing critical thinking, detailed follow-through, and calm problem-solving.
