At Ideaelan, I built an in-house project and ticket management platform for Infinity X, extending core workflow functionality with Agentic AI automation. I also developed Flask-based LLM microservices with LangChain pipelines and ChromaDB retrieval for production support workflows.
I implemented embedding-based related-ticket detection to surface duplicate or linked tickets, and built AI-powered reply suggestions for context-aware draft responses. I also handled the system architecture, API design, and backend services using Azure Cosmos DB.
At UIAI Technologies, I engineered multi-agent workflows and RAG pipelines, and developed Flask-based LLM services integrated with Ollama. I also fine-tuned models for hiring automation, improving candidate screening precision and reducing manual review time.
My projects include a multi-agent attrition analysis system, a placement assistant for university records, a mental health risk detection agent, and an automated HR management application. I’ve also presented research on GenAI foundation models for plant disease detection and won the Best Innovation Award at the SRM University Hackathon.
