I am a motivated Data Support Engineer with over 3.5 years of hands-on experience in data warehousing and ETL, primarily using Informatica PowerCenter. I specialize in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining large-scale ETL pipelines across diverse source systems including Oracle and flat files.

My day-to-day responsibilities include job monitoring, root-cause analysis of failures, SLA-driven incident management, and coordinating escalations for P1/P2 incidents. I have experience working in ITIL/ITSM support models and handling ticketing systems (INC/CTASK/GCR/RITM).
