I’ve built production-grade solutions using Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle SQL, and cloud platforms, with a strong focus on data quality, performance, and maintainability.

At Lumen Technologies, I delivered high-performance data warehouse solutions by designing end-to-end ETL processes—from extracting data from flat files and relational sources to loading staging areas and data marts. I created complex Informatica PowerCenter mappings and optimized Oracle SQL/PL-SQL for data extraction, validation, and loading, improving query performance and data throughput.

I also led major modernization work, including migrating legacy Informatica PowerCenter ETL workflows to Microsoft Azure and Databricks. Using Informatica IDMC, I built Salesforce-to-data warehouse replication pipelines with full-load and incremental-load strategies (including delta extraction via Salesforce CDC) to ensure accurate, timely synchronization while reducing API consumption.

Beyond development, I handled production support through job monitoring, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and SLA compliance. I automated operational workflows with UNIX shell scripting, documented incidents in Knowledge Base markdown, and helped enable an AI-powered incident bot to handle future cases faster and more consistently.
