I’m a customer-focused financial services professional with 10 years of experience across financial research, accounts receivable, billing, collections, and client relationship management at S&P Global Market Intelligence. I’m known for managing high-volume portfolios, resolving complex inquiries, and keeping records accurate while meeting service-level agreements.

In my Accounts Receivable Analyst role, I managed a portfolio of over 350 global client accounts and consistently achieved collection performance targets. I handle billing and payment questions, investigate account discrepancies, apply payments, credits, and adjustments on time, and follow up on overdue accounts while maintaining strong client relationships.

I also bring a research-driven mindset from my Data Researcher experience (Data Researcher I–III). I conducted detailed financial and corporate research to support the issuance of CUSIP, ISIN, and CINS identifiers—collecting, analyzing, validating, and maintaining large volumes of data with high accuracy while collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients.

Most recently, I’m freelancing in data annotation and AI training, performing quality review and analytical tasks with a strong focus on attention to detail and adherence to project guidelines.
