At Vodafone Global Services Private Limited, I managed end-to-end change management for Vodafone Ireland, coordinating network and router changes supporting 500+ enterprise customers. I also coordinated deployment of 300+ high-bandwidth network devices for an Ireland government infrastructure project.
At IBM India Private Limited, I managed change requests for Janalakshmi Bank and facilitated CAB meetings and risk assessments. Earlier, at Ericsson India Global Services, I managed incident resolution for RAN and power-related faults for MBNL (UK), using ITIL-based processes and tools.
