At Fiserv India, I supported Fiserv Australia Data Centers and the NPP real-time payments infrastructure for banking environments. I configured and troubleshot Cisco routers and switches, firewalls, VPN tunnels, and dynamic routing.
I planned and executed two Data Center hardware refresh initiatives with zero critical business disruption, and supported network-domain PCI audits that cleared for five consecutive years. My earlier work included network support for a Government infrastructure project at HCL Infosystems and 4G Core Network deployment at Cisco.
