At Fraunhofer ITEM, I developed a virtual human kidney model in R to represent renal transport processes, then integrated the mechanistic model into the institute’s PBK framework. I validated it through a case study in the ADME4NGRA project and presented the results to an international project consortium.
My bioinformatics work includes building BioRNAlytics, a web-based platform that helps researchers run differential gene expression analyses without programming. It processes RNA-seq count matrices, identifies significantly expressed genes, and presents biological data with interactive visualizations.
At Ceyoniq Technology GmbH, I performed automated and manual quality assurance for server applications and documented software defects. My studies at Universität Bielefeld also included RNA-sequencing analysis of human cardiac stem cells and a CWL workflow for Oxford Nanopore sequencing data.
