I specialize in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting PA-Series and VM-Series firewalls and optimizing PAN-OS performance.

I have led incident management for Severity-1 business-critical cases, performing deep-packet analysis and root cause analysis that significantly reduced MTTR. I am proficient with Panorama, IPSec and SSL VPNs, GlobalProtect, and core routing protocols like BGP and OSPF.
