I validate journal entries, accruals, general ledger activity, derivative investments, and capital call/distributions, then drive balance sheet reconciliations to clean, timely deliverables.
I evaluate SOX-aligned controls documentation and audit readiness under US GAAP—identifying open items, pushing discrepancies to resolution, and supporting engagement sign-off. I also partner with 10+ onshore U.S. stakeholders, fund administrators, and custodians to resolve reconciliation and accounting issues during review cycles.
Before that, I worked as an Audit Senior Assistant and Audit Assistant, testing journal entries and month-end close deliverables across multiple hedge funds and a management company.
