At Deloitte US-India Offices, I lead PCAOB-regulated integrated audit work for NYSE-listed and emerging growth companies, including Zeta Global and Bonterra Tech.
As an Audit In-Charge, I oversee SOX walkthroughs, business process and entity-level controls, quarterly reviews, risk assessments, financial statement tie-outs, and engagement planning. I coordinate directly with Internal Audit and Controllership teams while managing budgets, staffing, milestones, and audit quality.
