Bhavika Vaswani

I’m an Audit and Assurance professional currently leading external audit engagements across key financial statement areas, combining strong accounting knowledge with a continuous-improvement mindset. I focus on delivering thorough, high-quality audits while building strong client relationships.

In my day-to-day work, I manage initial audit testing for Cash & Cash Equivalents, Fixed Assets, Payables, Related Parties, and Expense & Income testing. I also oversee procedures for Fixed Assets capitalization, depreciation, retirements, leasehold improvements, and impairment support, including bank reconciliations and general ledger accounting.

I lead and coordinate audit resource planning for substantive testing and evaluate audit evidence through walkthroughs, reconciliations, vouching, and cutoff testing. I mentor team members, resolve issues, and monitor work quality under tight deadlines to support strong audit conclusions.

Before Deloitte, I built a foundation through internships in Banking Operations, conducting market research on SIPs & Investments and client/project work. I also volunteer in teaching and coordination roles, which strengthens how I communicate, collaborate, and keep learning—so I can keep raising the bar in every audit cycle.
