At One Utility Bill, I built the central repository for 100+ supplier agreements and helped grow supplier governance, third-party risk assessment, and compliance documentation practices.

I reviewed supplier contracts, Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and DPAs to identify data protection and contractual gaps. I produced risk summaries covering overseas data transfers, UK GDPR concerns, intellectual property, liability, and proportionate controls, while co-developing a supplier risk assessment matrix.

I also migrated critical supplier records into Vanta, strengthening governance and future audit readiness. Alongside risk work, I reconciled 200+ accounts monthly, reduced reconciliation time to around 15 minutes, wrote SOPs, trained five new starters, and supported NetSuite implementation.

More recently, I’ve been evaluating commercial and operational risks for Emoha Elder Care’s proposed branch expansion, producing evidence-based recommendations and executive reports.
