I’m a GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM automation and AI automation intern, focused on turning business processes into reliable, automated workflows. I build complete CRM experiences—from pipelines and lead routing to calendars, forms, and landing pages—so teams can move leads through the funnel faster.

In my current work, I develop GoHighLevel solutions for multiple client workflows, including inbound/outbound calling automation using Voice AI. I also create AI chatbots for lead qualification, set up appointment automation, and automate follow-ups across email and Instagram to improve lead nurturing and response speed.

Across projects, I’ve designed CRM “snapshots” that connect the full journey: lead capture forms, instant welcome emails, automated appointment confirmations/reminders, opportunity stage updates, and document reminders. I configure and optimize workflow automations using Make.com and webhooks, and I validate outcomes through structured reporting and analytics.

I bring a strong technical base with SQL, Python, and Power BI, alongside Make.com, REST API basics, and Google Workspace integrations. I enjoy ownership of the build—from setup and configuration to end-to-end implementation—so the automation stays practical, maintainable, and aligned to real customer operations.
