I’m looking to build and optimize GoHighLevel-based lead conversion systems—pipelines, instant follow-ups, and appointment workflows—while improving response time, data hygiene, and CRM adoption through SOPs and team training.

I’m a GoHighLevel CRM & Automation Systems Specialist focused on building structured lead handling and follow-up workflows for service-based businesses. I set up CRM pipelines and lead stages, configure instant lead response (SMS, email, voicemail, missed-call text-back), and create appointment booking workflows with reminders and confirmations.

I also design lead qualification, nurture, and reactivation follow-up sequences, and I organize tagging, segmentation, and lead assignment for sales teams while maintaining data hygiene across pipeline stages.
