I’m looking to provide reliable technical support, solve user problems, and develop professionally in an IT support environment.

At Intelcia, I assisted with computer troubleshooting and IT support activities, working with computer systems and technical infrastructure.

As a Networks & Systems Intern at Hospital Hassan II, I worked on network infrastructure and IP addressing, and configured or simulated VLANs, DHCP, and DNS.

I have a Diploma of University Technology in Telecommunications and Networking and practical knowledge of Windows troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, software installation, TCP/IP, and OSPF. I’m looking to develop professionally in an IT support environment.
