At Finxact, I operated multi-cloud Kubernetes platforms across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud for banking clients. I led the migration from NGINX to Traefik ingress across EKS, AKS, and GKE.
I built a Python integration between Datadog and Finxact’s security-hardened ServiceNow instance, automatically creating and updating incident tickets and statuses. I also drove AWS PrivateLink migrations across client environments to remove public network exposure.
Before moving into DevOps, I developed Go features for Finxact’s core banking application and contributed to backend services and deployment pipelines at Ticketmaster. I’ve also worked with release automation, production support, and serverless AWS applications.
