I’m seeking to lead complex, multi-partner international transition initiatives, bringing my experience in sovereign engagement, regulatory alignment, and operational delivery.

As a Strategic Trade Consultant, I advise international governments managing sovereign assets in Australia, serving as a conduit for regulatory alignment. I also conduct feasibility investigations and risk-mitigation research for inbound foreign direct investment.

At Kilcoy Global Foods (KGF) - Tabro Facility, I oversaw site commissioning and compliance accreditations for a $100M AUD capital expenditure program.

At South East Asian Livestock Services (SEALS), I secured, negotiated, and executed a sovereign government-mandated importation program through international government tenders. I also supported compliance transformations to improve welfare standards across importing nations.

Earlier, at Hilltop Meats (BE Campbell Group), I directed the installation and commissioning of a $45M AUD capital expenditure program. At SEALS, I engineered commercial strategies that expanded trade revenue by over $100M USD, SEALS won the NT Exporter of the Year award in 2019.
