At the Galdeano Lab, University of Barcelona, I characterized PROTAC drug candidates targeting the Cyclin E-CDK2 complex in OVCAR3 and HEK293 cell lines using Western blotting and cell viability assays.
I presented experimental progress in meetings with the Galdeano Lab and Computational Molecular Design Lab, and designed and presented a scientific poster at IBUB Early Career Researchers Day.
I also collaborated with the Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmacology Lab at the University of Barcelona, assisting a PhD candidate in PROTAC synthesis.
At EST srl, I performed environmental chemical analysis of water, soil, and air samples using GC-MS, GC-FID, and HPLC. I’m an MSc candidate in Industrial Biotechnology at University of Milano-Bicocca, expected to graduate in November 2026.
