At Institut Gustave Roussy, I produced and characterized 3D-printed oral dosage forms for the CRESCENDO programme, defining Critical Quality Attributes to support a patent filing for a paediatric neuroblastoma dosage form. I also supported monitoring visits and maintained GCP-compliant Trial Master File records.
At the University of Pavia, I designed and executed multi-step synthesis of bioactive compounds for preclinical glioblastoma research. I characterized more than 10 compounds and optimized reaction conditions, improving synthetic yields by 20%.
