What I'm looking for
I’m a driven Senior Human Resources Business Partner known for strategic thinking and strong human skills. I build relationships with business leaders to address organisational challenges through people-related solutions.
I support businesses across the full range of HR programs—talent management, performance management, employee development, employee relations, and employee reward and recognition. I’m especially effective at data-driven decision-making, helping leaders evolve organisational design and team structures to support change management and tackle employee underperformance and team conflicts.
I coach and mentor managers so they can handle HR-related challenges confidently, and I streamline processes (including a recruitment process) to improve hiring efficiency. I also initiate and lead projects that enhance organisational design and foster a high-performance culture, including cultural transformation facilitation.
Previously, I served as a Senior Consultant–HR and HR Manager, implementing training programmes, facilitating team building, advising senior management on organisational development, and driving diversity initiatives to promote an inclusive culture. Earlier roles included rolling out HR policies, facilitating workshops, and coordinating internal events for skill development—experiences that shaped my talent management and organisational development mindset.
