I’m a Warehouse Lead with 5+ years in warehouse operations, quality-focused distribution, and day-to-day execution—assigning work, keeping teams on schedule, and running shift activities that protect productivity and standards. I bring strong organization and attention to detail to every process, from order picking and packing to load & unload and shipping coordination.

Before that, I served as a Store Manager for CCR DVD Rental (2016–2019), handling customer complaints, stocking, managing items for sale, and supporting cashier responsibilities. That background strengthened my customer service mindset and retail leadership approach, while reinforcing my ability to solve problems quickly and communicate clearly with teams and vendors.

I also support more specialized work like Xactimate claim investigation and insurance investigations, along with procurement contract negotiation, fixed asset management, and inventory management across multiple workflows. I’m driven by leadership, safety compliance (PPE, LOTO, hazard communication), mentoring, and continuous improvement—so I can build reliable operations, reduce errors, and help teams succeed under real-world deadlines.
