At RITECH INTERNATIONAL AG, I lead People Operations, recruitment, HR technology and workforce planning across Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia. I partnered with founders and executive leadership as the organization grew from approximately 180 employees in Tirana to 520+ across three locations.
I own end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning, and I lead a distributed HR team of four. I also built regional talent networks and referral channels that contributed to a ~95% hiring success rate and approximately 10% turnover among recruited candidates.
At RITECH INTERNATIONAL AG, I own BambooHR governance and lead digitization across recruitment, onboarding, performance and compensation reviews, and offboarding. I initiated and lead the business design of an internal HRIS platform, and develop executive reporting in Power BI and Excel.
Previously, at FLEX BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, I managed HR and payroll operations for U.S. and Tirana employees, including payroll compliance under New York State requirements. At ALBACALL - VODAFONE ITALIA, I progressed into team leadership, leading a 30-member operations team and supporting recruitment, onboarding and training.
