At McGraw Hill, I designed and managed e-learning editorial projects, turning existing publishing materials into digital learning content and reviewing multimedia courses. I also worked with authors and service providers, and supported projects through editing and delivery.
In my current freelance work at McGraw Hill, I review content generated in A2R Studio for quality and accuracy, working with technical reviewers to check it against project guidelines. I upload approved documents to Alfresco CMS; at TELUS Digital, I work as an Online Data Analyst.
My work bridges instructional design and AI data evaluation. I draw on frameworks including ADDIE, adult learning, and UDL, and use authoring and learning platforms such as Articulate 360, Rise 360, and Moodle.
