At ADAPT, I designed and delivered a year-long online training programme for a national trade union, taking it from learning objectives and materials through facilitation and follow-up. I also deliver training in Italy and other European countries for EU co-funded projects.

I turn research and policy material into practical learning for adult professionals, using needs analysis, interviews and evaluation to shape the work. I use Claude and Claude Code daily and maintain reusable, versioned learning skills on GitHub.
