What I'm looking for

I am seeking a challenging role in a development organization that values social change and community empowerment.

I am a committed development professional with over 3.5 years of experience in grassroots and policy-level initiatives. My work has primarily focused on gender equity, menstrual hygiene, solid waste management, and social inclusion. I have a strong educational background, holding an M.A. in Gender Studies and an MSW, which has equipped me with the interdisciplinary knowledge necessary to drive impactful social change.

Throughout my career, I have successfully developed and implemented community-centric IEC strategies, led large teams, and coordinated with various stakeholders, including government bodies and NGOs. My role as a Project Associate at Saukhyam Foundation has allowed me to spearhead initiatives that promote health and hygiene, particularly in underserved communities. I am passionate about leveraging data-driven decision-making and digital platforms to enhance outreach and engagement.
