I’m looking to support customers and assist conversational AI evaluation and training, using fast, accurate troubleshooting and clear documentation. I value collaborative teamwork, empathetic communication, and reliable remote workflows.

I’m a remote AI Chat Support Specialist with hands-on experience answering customer inquiries across WhatsApp, social media, and email. I troubleshoot customer issues, escalate complex cases, and document context clearly so nothing gets lost in handoff.
