I’m a BBA graduate with one year of internship experience supporting sales operations, client coordination, and reporting functions. I’m known for structured follow-up processes, cross-functional coordination, and detail-focused execution.

During my internship with Viswakanthi Traders, I supported a portfolio of 25+ B2B client accounts by maintaining records and follow-ups to help with client retention. I handled day-to-day communication across phone and email, logging inquiries and routing escalations under supervision.

I also supported operational workflows by coordinating with logistics and finance on order-related queries, and assisting collections-related follow-up calls as part of the accounts receivable process. I prepared onboarding documentation for 8 new distributor and dealer partners and supported scheduling for field visits for a 4-member sales team.

For reporting, I helped prepare and update weekly MIS dashboards and reports for management using MS Excel. I combine MS Office skills with AI tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, and I hold certifications in AI for Work (DataCamp) and Cybersecurity Fundamentals (Cisco).
