I’m a data-focused Software Developer contractor building tools that help analysts and forensic specialists analyze Excel and phone information, rapidly shipping multiple small Python and Docker apps as needs evolve. I combine AI capabilities, databases, and supporting services to deliver practical outcomes, including implementing and running AI-driven components like RAG and agents with tools such as LangChain and LLMs.

Alongside development, I’ve served as a Systems administrator supporting DoD systems by managing Azure and on-premise VM infrastructure across four production environments. I automate operational and compliance workflows using PowerShell, apply DoD STIG security standards and patch management, and monitor with Azure Sentinel, Forescout, and Trellix. My projects reflect this same blend of engineering and ML—building an Azure data ingesting/classifier pipeline, an AI email classifier web platform, and ML systems using time-series feature engineering and XGBoost.
