I’m a seasoned Senior Safety & Risk Management Advisor based in Qatar, bringing over 10 years of Occupational Health & Safety experience across complex, high-risk environments. I specialize in ISO 45001:2018 implementation, incident management, and contractor safety compliance to help organizations move toward Zero Harm.

At Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd, I drove OHS performance monitoring and safety reporting, supported by an SAP EH&S system. I led ISO auditing and compliance work (including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001) and focused on reducing repeat incidents through robust risk assessments, auditing, and incident investigations.

I’m recognized for strengthening safety leadership and governance. I embedded HSSE culture through integrated audit frameworks, PTW system implementation, and behavioral-based safety (BBS) approaches, and I achieved clean audits while winning the Integrity Award for safety data governance excellence.

Previously, as an HSE Officer, I tracked OHS performance metrics, managed contractor audits and tender evaluations, and provided assurance and advisory across business units. I also supported incident response, root cause analysis, OHS culture surveys (Bradley Curve), and emergency preparedness—helping migrate OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001 and reduce repeat fatalities.
