Siawendi Briamah

I am a Project Animator with a BSc in Environmental Science and hands-on experience coordinating community-focused initiatives. I specialize in mobilizing communities and delivering practical trainings that enable economic participation.

On the REALISE project I supported community mobilization and sensitization, facilitated identification of recruitment centers, collected enrollment data, and delivered life skills, business management and employability training in Monrovia. I helped beneficiaries develop subproject proposals, tracked milestone achievement, supported safeguards compliance, and assisted with mobile money account setup and GRM reporting.

As a volunteer with YMCA-Liberia I supported small-scale infrastructure projects, led community dialogues, conducted data collection and entry, and maintained project documentation. During an internship at MNG Gold Mine I facilitated Occupational Health & Safety trainings, monitored pollution impacts, and supported community education on environmental risks.

I am a collaborative, results-oriented field professional with strong communication and networking skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to inclusive programming—especially encouraging female enrollment and participation in project activities. I seek to apply my environmental and coordination experience to deliver measurable community impact.
