I am a senior Source to Pay (S2P) and ERP transformation leader with over 10 years’ experience delivering global implementations across retail, financial services and public sector organisations.

I lead end-to-end S2P design, process standardisation, stakeholder engagement and change delivery, with a strong track record of managing complex, multi-market programmes, system rollouts and legacy decommissioning.

My hands-on achievements include leading Oracle Fusion and other ERP implementations, delivering P2P KPIs, directing large data migration and cleansing efforts, and managing global teams through UAT, go-live and hypercare phases.
